Industry-leading laser hair removal with the Alma Soprano Titanium — three wavelengths, in-motion technology, and integrated cooling for faster, more comfortable, and more effective permanent hair reduction. Available for all skin types at Trinity Aesthetic Studio in Brea, CA.
Not all laser hair removal is created equal. Conventional laser hair removal systems use a single wavelength, delivering high-energy pulses that target hair follicles one spot at a time — effective but often uncomfortable, slow, and limited in the range of skin types and hair types they can safely treat. The Alma Soprano Titanium takes a fundamentally different approach — combining three laser wavelengths simultaneously with patented SHR in-motion technology to deliver faster, more comfortable, and more comprehensive hair removal than any single-wavelength system can achieve. It is suitable for all skin types, treats hair follicles at multiple depths simultaneously, and is widely regarded as the gold standard in laser hair removal — and it is the system Trinity Aesthetic Studio has chosen for exactly these reasons.
What sets the Soprano Titanium apart from conventional laser hair removal systems is its simultaneous delivery of three laser wavelengths — each targeting hair follicles at a different depth in the dermis. Most laser systems use a single wavelength, which can only effectively target follicles at one depth. The Soprano Titanium’s triple-wavelength approach ensures comprehensive coverage across all follicle depths in a single pass — delivering more thorough and effective hair destruction than single-wavelength systems:
Laser hair removal works through selective photothermolysis — the precise delivery of laser energy at wavelengths selectively absorbed by melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. When laser energy is absorbed by melanin in the hair shaft and follicle, it converts to heat, raising the temperature of the follicle to the threshold required to permanently damage the cells responsible for hair growth — without damaging the surrounding skin tissue.
The key to effective laser hair removal is reaching the follicle during its active growth phase (anagen), when it contains the most melanin and is most vulnerable to thermal damage. Because not all follicles are in the anagen phase at the same time, multiple treatment sessions spaced across the full hair growth cycle are required to capture and destroy the majority of follicles in the treated area.
The Soprano Titanium’s SHR in-motion technology enhances this process by delivering energy in rapid, low-to-medium fluence pulses across the treatment area rather than in single high-fluence static shots. This gradual accumulation of heat in the follicle — reaching the required threshold through multiple passes rather than a single intense pulse — is more comfortable, more even, and clinically demonstrated to be equally or more effective than conventional high-fluence approaches. The simultaneous delivery of three wavelengths ensures that follicles at every depth are targeted in each pass, maximizing the proportion of follicles damaged in each session.
The Soprano Titanium treats virtually any area of the body where unwanted hair is a concern — from small precise areas to full body treatment. Common treatment areas include:
Treatment times vary by area — smaller areas like the upper lip take just minutes, while larger areas like the full legs or back are treated efficiently thanks to the Soprano Titanium’s in-motion technology.
The Soprano Titanium is suitable for virtually all skin types — from the lightest to the darkest complexions — thanks to its triple-wavelength system and adjustable settings calibrated for each patient’s specific skin tone and hair type. It is most effective on dark, coarse hair. Results on finer and lighter hair are more variable, and laser hair removal is not effective on white, grey, or very light hair — these types contain insufficient melanin to absorb laser energy. A complimentary consultation will assess your hair and skin type and give you an honest assessment of expected results.
Laser hair removal is not appropriate for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active skin infections such as cold sores or active eczema in the treatment area, have had recent significant sun exposure or tanning, are taking photosensitizing medications such as Accutane or doxycycline, or have tattoos in the treatment area. Sun avoidance for at least two weeks prior to treatment is important for safe and effective outcomes.
Your Soprano Titanium laser hair removal journey begins with a complimentary consultation at Trinity Aesthetic Studio in Brea, CA. We will assess your hair and skin type, discuss the areas you want to treat, and design a personalized treatment plan — including the right number of sessions and spacing for your specific hair growth cycle and treatment goals. Here is what to expect:
Recovery is minimal — mild redness or warmth in the treated area typically resolves within hours. Avoid sun exposure, hot baths, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours following treatment. Normal activities can be resumed immediately.

At Trinity Aesthetic Studio, the decision to offer the Alma Soprano Titanium was straightforward — it is the most advanced laser hair removal system available, and Trinity’s commitment to offering best-in-class technology across every treatment category means settling for less was never an option. The same philosophy that drives Trinity’s investment in 8 lasers, 6 radiofrequency devices, and 3 muscle-stimulation devices for aesthetic medicine applies here: the right technology, properly used, delivers meaningfully better results than the alternatives.
Laser hair removal is often a patient’s first experience with an aesthetic practice — and at Trinity, we want that experience to reflect everything we stand for: exceptional technology, honest guidance, personalized care, and results you can count on. We hope your first visit for laser hair removal opens the door to discovering everything else Trinity has to offer — from skin rejuvenation and facial lifting to body contouring and the full range of physician-guided aesthetic treatments available at our Brea, CA studio.
A standard series consists of 6 sessions. Session spacing varies by body area to align with hair growth cycles — typically approximately 6 weeks apart for most areas. Most patients achieve significant, long-lasting hair reduction after completing their series. Some fine or light hair may return over time, requiring occasional touch-up sessions.
Laser hair removal delivers permanent hair reduction — the majority of treated follicles are permanently destroyed and will not regrow hair. However, it is not guaranteed to be 100% permanent for every follicle. Fine and light hair responds less completely than dark, coarse hair and may require additional sessions. Some patients may need occasional maintenance treatments over time to address any hair that returns.
Yes — the Soprano Titanium’s triple-wavelength system and adjustable settings make it safe and effective for all skin types, from the lightest to the darkest complexions. The 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength in particular provides safe, effective treatment for darker skin tones where shorter wavelength lasers carry higher risk. Your Trinity provider will calibrate settings specifically for your skin tone at your consultation.
Laser hair removal is most effective on dark, pigmented hair. It does not work on white, grey, or very light hair, which contain insufficient melanin to absorb laser energy effectively. Your Trinity provider will give you an honest assessment of your expected results based on your specific hair color and type at your complimentary consultation.
The Soprano Titanium is significantly more comfortable than conventional laser hair removal systems. SHR in-motion technology and integrated ICE Plus cooling make the experience much gentler than traditional high-fluence pulse lasers — most patients describe a warm gliding sensation rather than the snapping or stinging associated with older systems. Some areas are more sensitive than others, but most patients find treatment very tolerable without numbing cream.
Treatment times vary significantly by area. Small areas like the upper lip take just minutes. Larger areas like the full legs or back are treated efficiently thanks to the Soprano Titanium’s in-motion technology — significantly faster than conventional static-pulse laser systems. Your Trinity provider will give you a time estimate for your specific treatment areas at your consultation.
Shave the treatment area before your appointment — do not wax or pluck, as this removes the hair shaft the laser targets. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks prior to treatment. Avoid photosensitizing medications as advised. Arrive without sunscreen, lotion, or products on the treatment area. Your Trinity provider will give you complete preparation instructions at your consultation.

Dr. Oliak has spent his career drawn to fields of medicine that are genuinely transformational for patients — the kind of transformation that changes not just health, but how people feel about their lives.
That journey began with bariatric surgery. Over a 20-year surgical career, Dr. Oliak performed more than 3,500 operations — including as one of Orange County’s first surgeons to offer laparoscopic weight loss surgery — helping patients achieve outcomes that rippled across every dimension of their lives: physical, medical, and emotional. The benefit came not from the surgery itself, but from what the body achieved once the conditions for change were in place.
That insight shaped everything that followed. In 2023, Dr. Oliak founded MD Total Wellness on a simple but powerful conviction: that the body has a remarkable capacity to heal, rejuvenate, and restore — and that when given the right signals and raw materials, it does this better than anything we can artificially impose. Hormone therapy restores what aging takes away. Peptide therapy stimulates the body’s own pathways to achieve meaningful outcomes. The body, properly supported, does things better than we can artificially replicate.
Aesthetics became the natural next chapter. The same technology-driven, root-cause philosophy applies — advanced energy-based technologies and regenerative skincare stimulate the body’s natural processes to address the underlying causes of aging at every layer — from the structural foundation to collagen and skin surface. At Trinity, that means starting with the foundation — rebuilding muscle and connective tissue — before addressing collagen, and refining the surface last. Achieving results that are compelling precisely because they are natural. Everyone wants to look and feel their best — Dr. Oliak believes the body can get us there on its own terms.
At Trinity, Dr. Oliak brings a rare combination of surgical precision, deep scientific grounding, and a genuine passion for patient transformation — helping people not just look better, but feel better about who they are.
In Dr. Krishnan’s own words:
My work has always been shaped by a simple but profound conviction: that the face is not a surface to be perfected — it is a living system to be understood, respected, and supported.
Over more than 20 years of full mouth rehabilitation and restorative dentistry, I have come to see every smile as something far more than an aesthetic outcome. A smile is connected to the face, the muscles, the way a person moves, communicates, and expresses who they are. That understanding — of the head, neck, and facial system as a whole — is the foundation of everything I do, both in dentistry and at Trinity.
My clinical training at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry gave me a rigorous foundation in precision, proportion, and restorative excellence. But what has defined my work over the years goes beyond technical standards. It is a commitment to pushing past them — through innovation grounded in science, not trends. Every decision I make — shape, proportion, occlusion, material, treatment — is guided by one question: will this harmonize with the body’s natural expressions, preserve its integrity, and support its long-term health?
I have a deep resistance to the idea that aesthetics should depend on masking or on creating dependency. There is a meaningful difference between treatments that simply change how someone looks and treatments that restore and enhance the body’s own capacity to function and heal. That distinction matters to me. It is why I am drawn to biocompatible, structurally sound approaches — treatments that work with the body’s biochemical and physiologic processes, not against them. Because if someone is investing in looking better, it should also mean becoming healthier.
I feel strongly about muscle. Not as an obstacle to smooth away, but as something essential — to movement, to expression, to identity. We speak with our muscles. We smile, connect, and live fully through them. Treatments that diminish natural movement work against the very systems that make us human. Preserving muscle function is not just an aesthetic choice — it is a commitment to longevity and vitality.
Trends in beauty come and go, driven by marketing cycles that shift and disappear. But timeless beauty operates differently. It is rooted in confidence, authenticity, and the ability to fully express yourself. That is what I am committed to — for every patient, in every treatment decision.
This philosophy is what brought me to co-found Trinity with Dr. Oliak. In aesthetics, as in dentistry, the goal has never been to override nature. It has always been to support it — using the best available science and technology to help the body do what it already knows how to do, only better. Because an exceptional result isn’t just seen. It’s felt — by you, and by everyone around you.
I would love to be part of your journey.
